1. Terms of Service Overview

This website and services are operated by MIND ARTISTS LTD (“MA Tech”). Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MA Tech.

By signing up for or using MA Tech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including trial conditions, subscription rules, billing, support tiers, messaging rules, and usage limitations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use MA Tech services.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of MA Tech services after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.


2. Tech-Specific Rules

2.1 Trial Eligibility & Limits

One trial per client: Each client may register only one (1) MA Tech trial account.

No trial pauses: Trials cannot be paused, extended, transferred, or restarted.

2.2 Trial Cancellation & Automatic Billing

To avoid charges, you must cancel before your 90-day trial ends.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your saved payment method will be charged according to the current pricing and billing cycle.

2.3 Additional Costs & Usage-Based Charges

Your account may incur additional costs depending on the features you choose to activate and/or your usage volume, including but not limited to:

WhatsApp messaging activation and usage

High-volume email and/or WhatsApp campaigns (e.g., increased sending, verification, deliverability protection, provider fees)

Storage (files, recordings, assets, etc.)

Platform credits or other third-party service fees tied to usage

Any applicable add-on fees or usage-based charges will be shown or communicated at the time of activation and/or billing where possible.

2.4 No Refund Policy

MA Tech does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including if the platform was unused, partially used, or canceled mid-cycle.

You acknowledge that accounts generate real costs (including storage, credits, infrastructure, and support) based on usage and access, regardless of whether you actively log in.


3. WhatsApp Messaging

WhatsApp messaging is not included by default in any MA Tech plan.

If a client chooses to activate WhatsApp, a $10.00/month subscription fee applies.

This fee is clearly displayed before activation and is charged only if WhatsApp is enabled.

WhatsApp is considered an optional additional communication channel.

Message delivery, availability, and compliance are subject to WhatsApp/Meta policies.

MA Tech is not responsible for:

- WhatsApp account bans, restrictions, or policy enforcement

- Delivery failures caused by WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party providers

WhatsApp usage may consume messaging credits and may result in additional usage-based charges.


4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Mind Artists Tech is a subscription-based service. Current pricing options include:

MA Tech Subscription — €97/month
Access to the MA Tech platform and included features/support as described on the sales page.

Program Continuation — €197/month (separate from MA Tech)
This is
not a Tech fee. It covers continuation of the Mind Artists Program (if applicable) and is billed separately.

MA Tech+ — +€250/month (optional add-on)
Includes
4 hours of 1:1 support per month. This is an additional service and may be added or removed based on availability and your plan settings.

Pricing may change over time. If pricing changes, you will be notified in advance and changes will apply starting from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.


4.2 Invoices & Payments

Invoices are available inside your sub-account billing page.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to your plan and billing cycle.

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, or early termination.


4.3 Failed Payments & Account Access

If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid:

We will attempt to notify you and collect payment through 2–3 automated reminders via email and/or WhatsApp (if enabled).

If the invoice remains unpaid, your account may be paused after 10 days.

During a pause, access to MA Tech features may be restricted until the balance is paid.


5. Support Rules

5.1 How Support Works

Support is provided based on your subscription tier. Unless otherwise stated in writing, support is delivered through our support systems inside MA Tech.

MA Tech (€97/month) includes:

-24/7 ticketing support (submit support requests anytime)

-24/7 chat support via the Mind Artists logo/icon inside MA Tech (chat availability is always open; response times may vary based on volume)

Support is intended to help you use MA Tech effectively (technical questions, troubleshooting, guidance on platform features). It does not include full “done-for-you” implementation unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Support Tiers

€97/month — Standard Tech Support
Includes
24/7 ticketing support and 24/7 in-app chat support via the MA icon inside MA Tech.

€197/month — Program Continuation Support (separate from MA Tech)
If you are enrolled in the
Program Continuation (after your initial program access ends), you also receive: Ticketing support Limited guidance Live Tech Hours access (Mon–Fri) (availability and scheduling may vary)

MA Tech+ — 4 hours/month of 1:1 Support (+€250/month)
Optional add-on that includes up to
4 hours per month of 1:1 support (calls and/or live implementation time). Unused hours do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5.3 Fair Use + Boundaries

“24/7” refers to the ability to submit tickets and chat messages at any time. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on volume, complexity, and tier. Support may be limited or paused if requests are abusive, violate platform policies, or repeatedly fall outside the intended scope of support.


6. Use of MA Tech Services

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use MA Tech only for lawful, authorized purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

6.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use MA Tech to:

Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity

Send or facilitate spam, unsolicited messaging, or abusive communications

Transmit or store viruses, malware, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the platform’s security or performance

Use MA Tech in a way that harms the platform’s reputation, deliverability, or other users (including excessive abuse of messaging tools)

We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and take action to protect the platform and users.

6.3 Responsibility & Liability for Misuse

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account (including actions taken by anyone you grant access to).
MA Tech is not liable for any losses, damages, claims, or business disruption arising from your misuse of the tools, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

6.4 Content Ownership & Platform Integrity

Your Content: All content you create, upload, or store using MA Tech remains owned by you.

Content Ownership: Snapshots provided by MA Tech are licensed exclusively for the client’s personal use within their own GoHighLevel account. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, or providing snapshots to any other GoHighLevel accounts (including client accounts, sub-accounts, or agency accounts not owned/controlled by the client) is strictly prohibited. MA Tech retains all rights, title, and interest in the snapshots and all related intellectual property. All updates, modifications, and improvements to snapshots will be managed solely by MA Tech.
Violation of snapshot licensing restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Platform Integrity: MA Tech reserves the right to monitor, restrict, suspend, or remove access to content, features, or accounts when necessary to:

maintain platform stability and integrity,

enforce these Terms, or

comply with legal obligations and third-party policies.


7. Trial Conditions

One trial per client; cannot be paused

Must cancel before trial ends to avoid subscription billing

Trial accounts include limited storage and messaging credits

High-volume usage beyond trial limits may incur additional charges


8. Termination & Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

Breach of Terms

Non-payment after 10 days

Abuse of the system or support services

No refunds are issued for suspension or termination.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
